Dalmatia
is a region on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Croatian Dalmatia is currently composed of four counties, the capital cities of which are Zadar , Split, Sibenik and Dubrovnik . The larger Dalmatian islands are Dugi Otok , Pasman, Ugljan , Brac , Korcula , Hvar, Lastovo , Vis and Mljet.

Central Dalmatia > Split - Dalmatia county
Split-Dalmatia county is the central Dalmatian county in Croatia. Its center is Split. County is divided into three main parts: elevated hinterland (Dalmatinska zagora), narrow coastal strip with high population density and the islands. Northern Dalmatia > Zadar county
Zadar county in Croatia includes the islands of Ugljan, Dugi otok , Pasman and most of Pag, as well as a number of other, smaller islands. It also features the Paklenica national park. In the hinterland, larger towns are Benkovac, Nin, Obrovac, Bibinje, Sukosan, Starigrad. Southern Dalmatia > Dubrovnik - Neretva county
Its center is Dubrovnik; the other larger towns are Metkovic and Ploce in the Neretva river delta. It includes the larger islands of Mljet, Korcula, Sipan, Lastovo, Kolocep and Lopud. Sibenik > Knin county
Its center is Sibenik, other towns are Drnis, Knin, Skradin, Vodice, Murter, Primosten, Rogoznica and Pirovac. It also includes 242 islands and national parks Krka and Kornati. The Islands Kornati are the largest and densest archipelago in the Adriatic Sea, consists of 147 islands, islets and reefs. Apartments Mediterraneo - Kaprije (Sibenik)
On the small, quiet and romantic island of Kaprije close to Sibenik (Dalmatia), we rent two apartments in a house with a sea view, garden and nice terrace with barbeque, only 20m away of the beach. The tourism is not developed there, so it is still authentic. There is only one village on the island (a traditional fishing village), with one shop, a post office and several bars and restaurants. There are no cars on the island, only boats and sailing yachts. One of our two apartments is brand new and very stylish. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, two balconies, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, satellite TV, home cinema DVD, etc. You can also use our little motor boat to explore the uninhabited islands nearby.
